Location: Enliven Social Care Limited, Unit 2 Foxholes Road, Leicester LE3 1TH. Report published 19 February 2026. Inspection 13–20 January 2026. This was the first rating since registration in November 2021.
What the report said
People and relatives were positive. They felt safe, involved, and treated as individuals. There had been no missed calls. Staff spoke well of the registered manager, Victoria Forson. At inspection, 56 people were receiving support with personal care.
Well-led requires improvement: audits were not detailed enough, and CQC asked for stronger systems around call monitoring, falls, complaints, and medication, plus clearer recording on risk and capacity. Care on the ground was still rated Good for Safe, Effective, Caring, and Responsive.
